Bronica ETRS

My friend Chris was kind enough to let me borrow his Bronica ETRS for a week or so to see what I made of it! I am thinking of taking a medium format camera to Switzerland in December, so trying to decide which is going to be the best one.

These shots where taken on Fujichrome  Provia 100F. Im not a huge fan of 100 speed film because i find it really limiting, especially in winter months because I work in the week meaning I cant shoot anything post 4pm because its too dark!

I got this roll of film cross processed mainly because im impatient and wantd to see what they looked like. I fully regret my descion to cross process, I don’t like the colour cast its put on the shots and I don’t like how crushed the blacks are. Needless to say, I will not be cross processing anything again in the near future!

I do love the size and shape of the print though, which I can thank Photographique for. Their new shop is the real deal, give it a visit!

I have a roll of Lomo 800 speed 120 film kicking around my flat, so ill give that ago and try and be more patient with it. The camera itself is LUSH, well built, fast lens and a cracking sound when the shutter is fired!

Here are my favourite picks from 12 relatively bad shots, whoops! (Credit to Ellie for taking the one of me!)
