FIFA World Cup

Its been six months in the making, lots of late nights, last minute changes and lots of excitement.

I’ve contributed a lot to the FIFA world cup campaign this year. First of all, I produced every single team/player render via Frostbite. These have been posted as part of the squad announcements. On instagram alone they’ve received more 3 Million likes. This was great because i got to see the kits early, I got to animated all the players in the scene, for the still image and for the video (which you’ll see a bit about below)

This banner is being used across loads of platforms as a header image for Facebook, Youtube, Twitter and instagram, which is pretty big.

Here are the actual Renders as they’ve been posted on Instagram.

Here are a couple that have been late additions due to players swapping.

Alongside all these renders, We made a video. I worked very closely with Jesus the editor. I produced nearly every gameplay moment where you see action on the field, I produce all the Frostbite hero shots that you see throughout. I also help select the real world moments that are dotted throughout. Since it being posted on Tuesday its had two and a half million views (and counting). There are shots of the trophy at the start of the video, I also created these within the game engine, lighting each shot for a specific look. Enjoy.

I also produced country specific versions of this video. 10 second versions to go online in their specific territory. Sweden, Mexico, England, France, Germany and many more! This was a lot of work to make sure all the federations were happy.
