Tofino

Last weekend we visited Tofino for the first time since we’ve been living in Vancouver. It was great trip, we saw whales, sea lions, eagles and lots of Tofino types with long blonde hair.

Anyway, I shot a roll of B&W film with my little Olympus (same camera I took the shots of New York with) The images on the film came out great, nice contrast, nice sillouettes however during the printing process (which I did in the West End Photographic Club’s Darkroom) I got some funny results on the paper. The edges bled purple, almost as if they’ve been exposed to the light but not sure when this would have happened. 

The image in the centre of the paper came out real good though, see below!
